## Thoughts
The updated SBML model now includes two reactions:
1. id_bkc0 + id_rlz2 → id_wspc + id_09k3 + id_llvz
2. id_t5qy → id_dqo1

These reactions align with the observed dynamics and perturbation results. The reactants and products correspond well with the species that decrease or increase in concentration over time.

To further validate and refine the model, I will perturb the initial concentration of id_3qbq, which has remained low and stable, to see if it influences the system. This will help determine if id_3qbq participates in any reactions.

I will increase the initial concentration of id_3qbq to 1e-5 and observe the system.

## Thoughts
Increasing the initial concentration of id_3qbq did not affect the dynamics of other species, and id_3qbq itself remained constant, indicating it is likely an inert or stable species not involved in reactions.

The current model with two reactions seems to explain the observed dynamics well:
- Reaction 1: id_bkc0 + id_rlz2 → id_wspc + id_09k3 + id_llvz
- Reaction 2: id_t5qy → id_dqo1

Given the limited changes in other species and the stability of id_pwwx, id_jmd6, and id_3qbq, I hypothesize no additional reactions are necessary.
