Starting with a fully saturated seven-membered 1,4-diazepane ring (positions 1 and 4 are nitrogens, the other five members are methylenes).

Substituents and positions:
1. N-1: bonded to an unsubstituted thiazole ring (five-membered aromatic ring containing one nitrogen and one sulfur in meta relationship). The attachment is at the carbon between the ring nitrogen and sulfur (i.e., the 2-position of thiazole).
2. N-4: carries a benzyl group (-CH2-aryl). On that benzene ring:
   - define the benzylic attachment carbon as position 1,
   - position 2 bears a methoxy group (-O-CH3),
   - position 5 bears a nitro group (-NO2),
   - all other ring positions are unsubstituted.

No stereocenters or double-bond geometries are present.
