The molecule is a benzene ring with two substitutions in a para distribution.

- Para substituent 1: the ring carbon is bonded to a sulfonamide group (sulfur double-bonded to two oxygens, single-bonded to primary amine -NH2).
- Para substituent 2 (opposite side):
  1. the ring carbon is bonded to an ether oxygen.
  2. then two methylenes: -CH2-CH2-.
  3. then a tertiary nitrogen bearing one methyl and one azetidinyl substituent.
  4. The azetidine is a four-membered saturated ring (C-C-N-C); attachment is at the ring carbon not adjacent to the ring nitrogen (i.e., the carbon opposite the N in the 4-membered ring).
