The issue focused much of my attention during my trip to Silicon Valley last week. Most interesting was that while Facebook could spin away its newest acquisition – Oculus Rift – into another venture it remains trapped by those pesky patents and regulators who demand strict adherence to strict specifications and licensing agreements.
