The issue focused on reproducing knowledge about computers from electronic literature that might otherwise have been overlooked or undermined by readers (accessible here). While many readers likely shared these theories with others, these theories themselves should not be attributed solely to existing computers and computer networks. Rather, these theories must include alternative explanations for non-sense perception that provide sufficient justification for existing theories and strategies for accessing knowledge from electronic literature.
