The issue focused on the content of the computer screen, with the board saying the technology was not being used to hold any paper.

Kip Thorne, the board's technology director, said the technology was being used to mark out data and then hold it in the computer.

"It's not to open a paper and then take a piece of paper and read it out and then read it back and then take a piece of paper and read it out," he said.

"It's
