The issue focused on where cars parked on the street could go to avoid surveillance cameras.


The cars could not use the only available parking area on their way to the cameras or get to the cameras on the side of the street, but they could always get to the cameras on the other side of the street using other parking spaces.


Since the cameras will be installed only a few hundred feet away from cars that are not being monitored - which make up about 75 percent of those that are already using
