The issue focused on how people are losing medical marijuana access in a state where its citizens voted to legalize it for medical use. State law in some forms has allowed patients to get some high-cannabis products — such as psilocybin — for their pain or other conditions, while the rest of the state now has a policy of banning them.


Even as medical marijuana is legal in other states, that is not in Colorado, where the state has 25 medical marijuana dispensaries and nine cultivation centers.
