The issue focused on how the city has been managing water and energy for the next two years, said City Manager Tom Ritter.

"This year we have seen significant investments by the city and the county in infrastructure and conservation projects," Ritter said. "This year, our goal was to make sure we can meet water demand while providing the city with the energy we need, and we have achieved this goal."

City staff are working in conjunction with utilities to identify the most cost effective ways to manage
