Title: "The Effects of Mindfulness Meditation on Workplace Stress: A Pilot Study"

This pilot study examined the effects of a mindfulness meditation program on workplace stress levels. Thirty employees from a medium-sized company participated in an 8-week mindfulness meditation course. Stress levels were measured using the Perceived Stress Scale before and after the intervention. Results showed a decrease in perceived stress levels among participants, with an average reduction of 25% in stress scores. Qualitative feedback from participants also indicated improved focus and job satisfaction. However, the small sample size and lack of a control group limit the generalizability of these findings. Future research should include larger sample sizes and randomized controlled trials to further investigate the potential benefits of mindfulness meditation in reducing workplace stress.
