Preoperative findings: After a laryngeal carcinoma mainly on the left side, a tumor now appears on the right side 12 years after the initial diagnosis on the left. Histologically, this tumor was found to be a squamous cell carcinoma. As a result, the decision was made to resect part of the larynx from the outside due to the difficulty in adjusting it. It is noteworthy in the case history that the tumor was also treated in 2006 with a partial laryngectomy from the outside.
