The patient was presented to us from an external hospital with progressive dyspnea for further diagnostics with a noticeable recurrent paresis on the right side. As far as can currently be ascertained, the patient underwent primary radiotherapy for esophageal carcinoma in 2012. After initially regular clinical monitoring, the indication for rapid panendoscopy was given in the case of an unclear change in the glottis with significant glottic stenosis.
