The patient has had dysphagia and a progressive cervical mass on the right since <2012>. In the panendoscopy performed <2013>, no primary for the cervical lymph node metastasis on the right could be seen, whereupon a PET-CT was performed. This revealed a tumor-specific mass in the area of the right tonsil. In addition, several conspicuous mediastinal lymph nodes and also highly suspicious cervical lymph nodes on the left. Hence the indication for the above-mentioned procedure. The course of the operation and the neck dissection on the left side were previously discussed with <CLINICIAN_NAME>.
