The patient has had a mass on her right tongue since <2018>, with 30 py and daily wine consumption. The CT scan from <2018> also shows a high-grade cT2 tongue margin carcinoma on the right side with a solitary, ipsilateral lymph node and post-inflammatory lung changes. In addition, an adrenal incidentaloma is most likely to be seen on the left side. In the absence of pre-existing histology, there is an indication for panendoscopy and frozen section and then, if necessary, further procedures. The patient had enough time to ask questions before the operation.
