The patient was diagnosed with cT2 cN2b cM0 oropharyngeal carcinoma on the right side. Panendoscopy with sampling in domo <2016> was performed. Histologically, a poorly differentiated basaloid carcinoma was strongly P16 positive. In our preoperative tumor conference <2016>, it was decided to perform an enoral resection with neck dissection on the right side. The patient had sufficient time to ask questions preoperatively and was informed in detail about the procedure.
