This is a big factor in my decision to put in 12.5 hours a week for the past two years in full-time sales. I've tried a lot of different industries, but nothing suited me like sales. It's a job where I'm constantly going places I've never been before, and I love that. In many ways, my success at it is due to my openness to trying new things. I'm constantly learning and honing new skills.

And I think the biggest reason why I've been so successful is because of my willingness to do anything. Whether I like it or not, I've put myself into many different positions. If you don't like something you've been assigned, you still have to do a good job at it.

My philosophy: There's never a good time to do something, so if you haven't gotten up to do it already, get ready to.
