IMPRESSION:
Low lung volumes, moderate scoliosis.  A zone of increased lung density seen
 in the retrocardiac lung regions and, projecting over the lower parts of the
 spine, on the lateral radiograph in the lower lobe.  In the appropriate
 clinical setting, these findings are suggestive of pneumonia. Borderline size
 of the cardiac silhouette. Mild elongation of the descending aorta.  No
 pleural effusions.  No pulmonary edema.
 At the time of dictation and observation, 12:41, on the , the
 referring physician .  was paged for notification.  Findings were discussed
  min later over the telephone.
