 There may be new region of right infrahilar consolidation, or this could be
 atelectasis.  Increase in heart size since  suggests mild cardiac
 decompensation or volume overload but there is no edema, or definite pleural
 effusion.  Transvenous right atrial and right ventricular pacer leads are
 intact and follow their expected courses.  No pneumothorax.
