IMPRESSION:
AP chest compared to  through , 2:18 p.m.:
 
 Consolidation in the right upper lobe has not worsened, but needs to be
 followed as possible pneumonia.  Left lower lobe remains airless.  Moderate
 left pleural effusion is smaller.  No pneumothorax is present.  ET tube is in
 standard placement, upper enteric tube passes into the stomach and out of
 view.
 
 The side port of the left basal pleural tube is extrathoracic and needs to be
 adjusted.  Left-sided  pleural drain courses over the apex of the lung,
 ending at the level of the carina.  Heart size is obscured by the extensive
 pleural and parenchymal abnormalities in the left lung.
 
 ET tube is in standard placement.  Right jugular line ends in the mid-to-low
 SVC and an upper enteric tube passes into the stomach and out of view.  No
 pneumothorax.
