FINDINGS:
Lung volumes are low. The right hemidiaphragm is elevated and there is
interposition of the colon between the diaphragm and the liver. The heart
size is normal. The aorta is mildly unfolded. The pulmonary vasculature is
not engorged. Minimal streaky opacity in the left retrocardiac region and
likely reflects atelectasis. No focal consolidation, pleural effusion or
pneumothorax is present. Nondisplaced fractures of the right and
lateral ribs appear to be present.

IMPRESSION:
Nondisplaced right and lateral rib fractures. Retrocardiac
atelectasis. No definite radiographic evidence for pneumonia.
