FINDINGS:
An endotracheal tube terminates in appropriate position, and an enteric tube
 terminates in the stomach. The patient is status post median sternotomy and
 CABG. The lung volumes cause crowding of the bronchovascular structures. 
 There are bibasilar opacities which may represent aspiration.

IMPRESSION:
Appropriate position of endotracheal tube and enteric tube.  Bibasilar
 opacities may represent aspiration.
