FINDINGS:
The patient is rotated to the right.  Lung volumes are low.   There is mild to
 moderate pulmonary edema, worse on the left than right, and improved from
 .  Pleural effusions are presumed.  Left descending pulmonary vein is
 engorged with severe cardiomegaly which is unchanged from .
 
 Right jugular catheter ends in the mid SVC.  Tip of ET tube is in appropriate
 position but appears low likely due to patient positioning..  Esophageal
 drainage tube/NG tube extends into stomach and out of view.

IMPRESSION:
Mild to moderate pulmonary edema, more pronounced on the left than right, 
 which is improved from .
