IMPRESSION:
Compared to chest radiographs .
 
 Lung volumes have improved, though still relatively low.  There is still
 substantial bibasilar consolidation, atelectasis and/or consolidation at.
 
 Previous mediastinal widening due in part to volume overload has improved,
 even though the patient is supine for this study.  Pulmonary vasculature is
 mildly engorged but there is no pulmonary edema or appreciable pleural
 effusion.  No pneumothorax.
 
 ET tube and nasogastric tube in standard placements respectively.
