FINDINGS:
Cardiac silhouette size is normal.  The mediastinal and hilar contours are
 unremarkable.  The pulmonary vasculature is normal.  Patchy ill-defined
 opacity is seen within the right upper lobe concerning for pneumonia.  Left
 lung is clear.  No pleural effusion or pneumothorax is detected.  There are no
 acute osseous abnormalities.

IMPRESSION:
Right upper lobe pneumonia.  Followup radiographs are recommended after
 treatment to ensure resolution of this finding.
