FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest provided.  New from prior exam, is
 opacification of the right mid to lower lung which likely represents a
 combination of consolidation/atelectasis and effusion. The heart is slightly
 shifted to the left. There is no pneumothorax. Left lung is clear. Right heart
 border is obscured. Mediastinal contours unremarkable. Bony structures are
 intact.

IMPRESSION:
Opacification of the right mid to lower lung concerning for effusion and
 consolidation/atelectasis. Followup to resolution is advised.
