FINDINGS:
The patient is somewhat rotated and thoracic scoliosis is re- demonstrated. 
 The lungs are hyperinflated which may be due to chronic obstructive pulmonary
 disease.  No definite focal consolidation is seen.  There is no pleural
 effusion or pneumothorax.  Previously seen pleural effusions have resolved. 
 The cardiac silhouette remains mildly enlarged.  Mediastinal contours
 unremarkable.  No pulmonary edema is seen.  Chronic deformity of the right
 shoulder is re- demonstrated.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary process.
