FINDINGS:
The tip of the endotracheal tube is in satisfactory position 4.1 cm above the
 carina.  There is a large partially loculated right pleural effusion with
 adjacent compressive atelectasis.  There is also a small left pleural effusion
 with atelectasis at the left lung base.  The heart is moderately enlarged. 
 There is no pneumothorax.  An enteric tube is partially visualized.
 Calcifications of the aortic arch are noted.

IMPRESSION:
1. Large partially loculated right and a small left pleural effusion with
 adjacent compressive atelectasis.
 
 2.  Moderate cardiomegaly.
 
 3.  ET tube in satisfactory position terminating 4.1 cm above the carina.
