FINDINGS:
Lung volumes are normal without consolidation or nodules identified.
 A right pectoral pacemaker has 2 leads extending to the expected regions of
 the right atrium and right ventricle.  The patient is status post median
 sternotomy and the metallic wires are intact and in line.  There is no
 evidence of pleural effusion or pneumothorax.  The heart is enlarged, but
 unchanged in appearance from the prior examination.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary process.
