FINDINGS:
Mildly enlarged cardiac silhouette is again noted.  The mediastinal and hilar
 contours are unremarkable. There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax.  The
 lungs are well-expanded and clear without focal consolidation concerning for
 pneumonia.  Pulmonary vasculature within is within normal limits.

IMPRESSION:
Mildly enlarged cardiac silhouette; differential includes mild cardiomegaly or
 small pericardial effusion.  Resolution of small right pleural effusion. No
 findings concerning for overt volume overload.
