FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest provided.   Midline sternotomy wires and a
 prosthetic cardiac valve are noted. There is a dual lead pacemaker with leads
 extending to the region of the right atrium and coronary sinus. The heart
 appears mildly enlarged. There is mild pulmonary edema. No focal
 consolidation, effusion or pneumothorax is seen. Mediastinal contour appears
 normal. Mild hilar congestion is noted. Bony structures are intact. No free
 air below the right hemidiaphragm.

IMPRESSION:
Mild cardiomegaly with mild pulmonary edema.
