FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest provided.   There is interval increase in
 right pleural effusion now moderate in size with associated consolidation in
 the right lower lung likely representing atelectasis though difficult to
 exclude a superimposed pneumonia.  The left lung appears clear.  Cardiomegaly
 is again noted.  There is no overt evidence for pulmonary edema.  The bony
 structures are intact.

IMPRESSION:
Persistent cardiomegaly with increasing right pleural effusion and right mid
 and lower lung atelectasis, difficult to exclude a superimposed pneumonia.
