FINDINGS:
The patient is status post median sternotomy and CABG. Left-sided AICD device
 is noted with leads terminating in the right ventricle and region of the
 coronary sinus, unchanged. Heart remains moderately enlarged. Mediastinal and
 hilar contours are similar. There is mild pulmonary vascular congestion. No
 pleural effusion, focal consolidation or pneumothorax is present. No acute
 osseous abnormalities identified.

IMPRESSION:
Mild pulmonary vascular congestion.
