FINDINGS:
AP upright and lateral views of the chest provided.  Mild cardiomegaly is
 noted with hilar congestion and mild pulmonary edema.  There are small
 bilateral pleural effusions.  Difficult to exclude a superimposed subtle
 pneumonia.  No large pneumothorax.  Bony structures are intact.

IMPRESSION:
Mild pulmonary edema with small bilateral pleural effusions.
