FINDINGS:
There are bibasilar opacities that have improved compared to the prior
 radiograph on .  While these may represent atelectasis, infection
 cannot be excluded in the appropriate clinical setting.  No pulmonary edema,
 large pleural effusions or pneumothorax.  Cardiomediastinal silhouette is
 within normal limits.  No acute osseous abnormalities identified.

IMPRESSION:
Bibasilar opacities may represent atelectasis or infection in the appropriate
 clinical setting.
