FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest provided.  Dual-lead pacer is
 unchanged with lead tips extending to the expected location of the right
 atrium and right ventricle.  Lungs are clear.  Cardiomediastinal silhouette is
 stable with an unfolded appearance of the thoracic aorta, overall unchanged
 from prior.  No effusion or pneumothorax.  Bony structures appear intact.

IMPRESSION:
Stable exam without acute abnormalities.  Please note aortic
 dissection cannot be excluded on radiograph.
