FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest provided. The heart is moderately enlarged
and there is mild pulmonary edema. More confluent opacity in the right medial
lung base could represent a superimposed pneumonia. No large effusion or
pneumothorax is seen. The mediastinal contour appears grossly within normal
limits. Hilar engorgement is noted bilaterally. The bony structures are
intact. No free air below the right hemidiaphragm is seen.

IMPRESSION:
Cardiomegaly with mild pulmonary edema. Possible pneumonia at the right medial
 lung base.
