                                 FINAL REPORT
 REASON FOR EXAMINATION:  Followup of the patient after CABG, for assessment of
 pleural effusions.
 
 Portable AP radiograph of the chest was reviewed in comparison to .
 
 The patient was extubated in the meantime interval with removal of the
 mediastinal drains and NG tube.  Two bilateral chest tubes are in place.  The
 Swan-Ganz catheter has been replaced by the right internal jugular line with
 its tip at the level of superior SVC.  Stable cardiomediastinal silhouette is
 seen.  Minimal vascular engorgement, but no overt pulmonary edema is present. 
 No appreciable pneumothorax is demonstrated.
