FINDINGS:
There is a focus of heterogeneous opacity in the right upper lobe, which may
 represent acute infectious process.  The lungs are otherwise clear.  There is
 no pneumothorax or pleural effusion.  The hilar and cardiomediastinal contours
 are normal.  The pulmonary vascularity is normal.  Postoperative
 pneumoperitoneum seen on the prior radiograph has resolved.

IMPRESSION:
New focus of heterogeneous opacity in the right upper lobe is concerning for
 pneumonia.
