FINDINGS:
The patient is status post median sternotomy, coronary artery stenting, and
 CABG.  The heart is moderately enlarged.  The mediastinal contours are
 unremarkable.  Minimal cephalization of the pulmonary vascular markings is
 noted, suggestive of mild congestion.  Small right pleural effusion is
 present.  Streaky bibasilar opacities likely reflect atelectasis.  No
 pneumothorax is visualized.  Mild degenerative changes are noted in the
 thoracic spine.

IMPRESSION:
Mild pulmonary vascular engorgement and small right pleural effusion.  Mild
 bibasilar atelectasis.
