FINDINGS:
The enteric tube is coiled in the body of the stomach with the tip positioned
 at the fundus near the GE junction. The lungs are well inflated and clear. The
 cardiomediastinal silhouette, hilar contours, and pleural surfaces are normal.
 There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax.

IMPRESSION:
NG tube coiled in the gastric body with tip near the GE junction. Clear lungs.
