FINDINGS:
Prominence of the cardiomediastinal silhouette is stable as compared to the
 prior study.  There is minor left basilar atelectasis without definite focal
 consolidation.  No large pleural effusion is seen although trace effusion
 would be be difficult to exclude.  There is no evidence of pneumothorax. 
 Degenerative change at the right shoulder joint is not optimally evaluated on
 this chest radiograph.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary process.
