FINDINGS:
Persistent largely unchanged left upper lobe, right upper lobe and
left lower lobe peribronchial consolidation. There are stable low lung
volumes. No pleural effusion or pneumothorax. The cardiomediastinal
silhouette is stable within normal limits. The pleural surfaces are
 unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:
Persistent bilateral peribronchial consolidations which might
 represent post-pneumonic fibrosis/inflammation, organizing pneumonia,
Wegener's granulomatosis, or less likely residual infection. Followup
examination as clinically warranted is recommended.
