FINDINGS:
There is linear scarring of the right midlung, and subsegmental atelectasis of
 the bilateral lung bases.  There is no consolidation or pulmonary edema. The
 cardiomediastinal and hilar silhouettes are within normal limits.  There is no
 pleural effusion or pneumothorax.  The osseous structures are unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:
No evidence of aspiration pneumonia or other acute cardiopulmonary process.
