FINDINGS:
Patient is status post median sternotomy, CABG, with epicardial pacing leads
 noted projecting over the left heart border.  Severe cardiomegaly is
 relatively unchanged compared to the previous study.  Atherosclerotic
 calcifications are noted at the aortic knob.  There is mild pulmonary vascular
 congestion, unchanged.  Small pleural effusions are likely similar.  There is
 no pneumothorax.  No focal consolidation is present.  No acute osseous
 abnormality is present.

IMPRESSION:
Mild pulmonary vascular congestion and small bilateral pleural effusions,
 relatively unchanged from previous study.  No focal consolidation.
