FINDINGS:
Cardiac size is top-normal.  Tortuous aorta is unchanged.  Small bilateral
 effusions have almost completely resolved.  The lungs are hyper inflated. 
 There is no evidence of pulmonary edema or consolidations.  There is no
 pneumothorax.  There are mild degenerative changes in the thoracic spine and
 kyphosis

IMPRESSION:
No evidence of pneumonia or pulmonary edema
