 SINGLE FRONTAL VIEW OF THE CHEST
 
 REASON FOR EXAM:  Ischemic stroke.
 
 Comparison is made with prior study, .
 
 There are low lung volumes.  Severe cardiomegaly is stable.  Vascular
 congestion has improved.  There is no pneumothorax.  Bibasilar atelectases are
 larger on the left, improved from prior.  Small left effusion is probably
 unchanged.  Left IJ catheter tip is in the upper SVC.  NG tube tip is out of
 view below the diaphragm.
