FINDINGS:
PA and lateral chest radiographs demonstrate mild cardiomegaly.  The
 mediastinal contours within normal limits.  The lungs are fairly well-aerated,
 without focal consolidation, pleural effusion, or pneumothorax.  Minimal
 bibasilar opacities likely reflect atelectasis.  There is a hiatal hernia.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary process.
