 PA AND LATERAL VIEWS OF THE CHEST
 
 REASON FOR EXAM:  Status post minimally invasive esophagectomy.
 
 COMPARISON:  Study performed a day earlier.
 
 Interstitial edema has increased still mild.  Cardiac contours are unchanged. 
 Right pleural effusion is stable and small.  There is no evidence of
 pneumothorax.  Right apical and right basal chest tubes are in unchanged
 position.  Right central catheter tip is in the lower SVC.  Right middle lobe
 opacity is unchanged.
