FINDINGS:
A single-lead pacemaker device terminates in the right ventricle. A
 transcutaneous pacer device is also present.  The patient is status post
 mitral valve replacement and sternotomy.  The heart appears mildly enlarged. 
 The main pulmonary artery contour is also mildly prominent.  There is no
 pleural effusion or pneumothorax.  The lungs appear clear.

IMPRESSION:
Status post placement of pacer device and mitral valve replacement.  No
 evidence of acute cardiopulmonary disease.
