FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest were obtained. Right ventricular lead
of a left chest wall pacer terminates in
stable position. Moderate cardiomegaly is unchanged and mediastinal contours
are stable. Pulmonary vascular markings are increased, suggesting mild
pulmonary vascular congestion. Right base and retrocardiac opacities are
increased and could represent atelectasis or infection. No pleural effusion
 or pneumothorax.

IMPRESSION:
Mild pulmonary vascular congestion with increased bibasilar opacities, either
 atelectasis or infection.
